Each evening light a candle or a diva (a cotton wick with ghee in clay or brass diva vessel) at your altar. This represents light. Agni your transformational energy and the ghee is akin to cerebral spinal fluid. It has many healthy properties and is a vehicle to carry herbs to your cells through the natural laws of assimilation through your body. The light is carried and fuelled by the ghee to carry your energy and accelerated vibration through your body. If you are Indian and are partaking in the folk dance of Garba these meditations can be done in the morning too. Or before you express yourself through dance that evening. If you are not of Indian origin listening or playing a shamanic drum will help to create the frequency within you. Dance a movement of feet and hips into aligning with the themes of each night. To activate the feminine dimension within you. Create a beautiful feminine altar using images, Murtis (statues) divine feminine reflections you feel a resonation with that symbolises your beliefs . Add some nature representing your earth body. Flowers, water, candles or divas. Scent in the form of incense or resin promoting beautiful sensory activations. You can place fruits and nuts each night to represent fruition and good health of you and your family. Most of all love and pure intention is key here !

Celebrating the earthly mother on Day 5 Navratri. Ma Durga becomes Skandamata. Her first born child as the wife of Shiva.
Her abode is the Vishuddha chakra. The seat of communicating desire as expression of speech sound and verse. The inner communication to herself and her psychic portal.
A Conscious conception as a soul mission for child was already known . He was 6 energies of fire before he became one body. Looked after by the Pleiadian goddesses the Krittikas before his own mother shakti could be with him.
This was due to collective desire by the child and the other mothers (what we define these days as Foster mothers )
So the child journeyed to fulfil these karmas (action) mothers desires before his earth mother shakti. For he needed to know his own agni as a Spirit to earth baby...
The Spirit baby does the same moves from each version of its energy body till pregnancy . Where a fixed template becomes a reality

My guides showed me this story years ago to understand a component of Spirit babies and couples facing infertility or delayed conception
Desire is the basis of human life. This couple were very learned and having children did not happen for them for many years . So they decided to move into the liberated part of their older years in deep meditation with shakti herself to gain moksha (liberation). You cannot liberate from a desire that you are attached to without understanding the root nature of it within you. Because desire is the souls pathway of discovery
The Goddess knew that the devotion of this couple was pure faith...and was born herself as their daughter Katyayani. It was their faith, devotion and determination and place of this knowing. They conceived and became pregnant.
Shakti herself stated that you cannot mask your desires by trying to liberate them to God. There is meaning behind each one and you must know and work through them to be free of attachment. Only then moksha can be reached
