CONFIDENTIALITY. Any confidential information shared between student and The Conscious womb shall remain private and shall not be shared publicly. Information about clients and those close to them that is personal that may be highly sensitive. This information may be about health matters, family or lifestyle. Clients/students have a right to expect that the information obtained directly or indirectly in the course of your work, will be held in confidence. The Content Library is fully confidential containing learning videos case study material and content for the Soulful Doulas to evolve even after they have qualified. It must not be shared publicly to others not within the school and held within the highest esteem for those who have kindly shared their personal experiences for the purpose of learning and growth.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL. The Conscious womb is free to decide who is accepted as a student/s.  Acceptable reasons for refusing to continue a student’s teaching if.

 For example:

A: the student is aggressive or violent

B: if the student is putting me at risk

C:  if the student is constantly questioning my professional judgment or acting against my advice

D:  if the student is affecting my overall client base or clients of others

E:  if the student/client has an ulterior motive for seeing you

F:  if the student/client has become reliant or dependent on specific forms of care that are not promoting their well being

G: if the student is not suitable to be a practitioner of KMRT® and their modality does not align CWBS.

H: if the person has had criminal offence past or current

AFFILIATION. Students wishing to be aligned in co creation with The Conscious womb birthing school. Once the course/s have been certificated. Will ask permission to use the name in conjunction with promotion of their business and must state The Conscious womb as its school of training as an enhancement to their own spiritual expansion and practice credentials. The highest Vision of The Conscious womb is to create a community of conscious birthing professionals who are embodied and living the divine feminine filled with the direction of love, compassion and Harmony. Promoting Unity Consciousness and most importantly contributing to an evolutionary practice of conscious conception pregnancy and birth building communities in reverence to woman and motherhood serving families in co creation.
