STEP 1:
LISTEN TO THE AUDIO
OBSERVE
Each moon cycle is a rhythmic cycle of emotion expressed through hormonal secretion. E motion energy in motion.
As a baby your subconscious was formed through your body from the sexual energy of your parents . Your subconscious is the moon mirror. formed by the 10 moons of pregnancy while you were in the womb.
Observe the moon in her light and darkness as she waxes and wanes. Feel that in your body. It will give you the signal of how your biology corresponds to your thoughts. Observe your emotional waves and understand your negative emotions of anger, frustration, depression etc.
Your emotional waves in alignment with the moon tides. How do you feel during the month in relation to your body. Your libido. How does your body respond?
Is their sadness ? Inflammation, pain, sadness, attachment fluid retention.
These are all indications of your idea of woman/ motherhood and who you are in relation to creation and birthing.
Notice how you feel sexually in connection to your libido during the waxing and waning phases of the moon.
RE COG NISE
Once you recognise and realise your emotions in relation to the moon phases of waxing and waning.
Choose how to feel everyday instead of just seeing what the day brings by default. This is conscious creation.
Do not supress negativity. Acknowledge it and bring your awareness to neutrality through directing it through your thoughts and acknowledge it as a part of you. By doing this it is neutralised . Once you feel comfortable with this. You are able to choose how to feel daily to maximise joy , love and compassion for yourself.
So that your nervous system is not always reactive into survival. This is about creating connection with yourself. To thrive by acknowledgement of your sexuality.
You will begin to cultivate it through a fuller expression of life.
step 2:
Oscillation is the body wanting to express emotion through sexual energy as movement. Creating expansion and pleasure. In synergy with another being or the self. The erotic is a medium by which you seek and express your sexual self. Listen to the heart of the erotic within you.
Express it through writing, dancing, movement. Acknowledging the breath and your sensual nature.
Sit with your back straight or laying down comfortably and breathe into your solar plexus
Think of this as your arousal point.
Pure presence at solar plexus to begin creating a place of empowerment through their kundalini source sexual organs. Somatic (emotional body vs autonomy the nervous system)
Always start with 3 breaths deep inhales through the vagina via the centre of the body through to the top of the crown. This is a connection to source at the highest level through love
Let go of the mind
Deep exhales into the pelvic bowl.
Meditative states of consciousness. This is like a yoga nidra and will create deep relaxation
Breath observes the natural breath in response to your nervous system.
Deepen breath for relaxation.
Depth of breath down into the pelvic bowl.
Mouth opens on the exhale to let go of an emotion.
Mouth closed on exhale to bring back into the hips and deep into the womb space. A softer depth of activation. Feminine energy
Let your body go by allowing the body to move somatically. A rotation of hips. Freely move your arms, open your mouth, loosen your jaw.
Notice your breath and emotionally bring pleasure and she will express it back to you in alignment with your freedom to do so…
Practise with awareness at different times of the month to see how you feel.

step 3:
After steps 1 & 2 you will recognise and feel more expansive. The union points are when you feel stable in your emotions through the waxing and waning moon. Observing your sexual energy as well as expression of it becomes more fulfilling when consciously driven and discovered.
By bringing all sexual emotions to the heart. Acknowledgement is integration. Therefore not separate from yourself. All of you is loved. By connecting to each layer of consciousness within your somatics of sexual energy brings you to wholeness.
THE ALCHEMY IS THE FREEDOM WITHIN YOURSELF AND HOW YOU CHOOSE TO DIRECT YOUR SEXUAL ENERGY.
THE HEART IS THE WAY VIA HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS.
